What does the University's support network look like?

We have a multi-layered support for you when you study with us. A Student Enrolment Adviser (SEA) will support you through your application process, while a personal Student Success Adviser (SSA) will be dedicated to supporting you throughout your study journey up to your graduation. Your SSA is on hand to help with all non-academic queries by phone or email. You will also be surrounded by a learning community of students and academics throughout your study journey.

How do I interact with other students in my course?

When you’re connected to the University, you’re connected to an inspiring community of teachers and learners in our nation’s capital. We have created forums for you to interact and network with other students, which you can access within your online learning environment. We’ve invested in online learning to make it intuitive, user-friendly, straightforward and seamless. The result is a postgraduate experience with the same quality of education and connection with students as traditional on-campus study.

What happens if I become sick?

Your Student Success Adviser is the best person to contact in this situation. They will support you and explain your options to you should you not be able to continue studying.

What does the online accelerated model refer to? 

Through our online accelerated course models, we offer students a truly flexible learning experience. Our seven-week study blocks focus on one unit at a time, so you can design a study schedule that fits your lifestyle and apply real-world learnings to your career faster.
